Hi baby boy. The weather is real nice and I love that at 730 it's still light out. Beanz and I spent some time outside. Still no toads. I know they were you before, I have no other explanation.

I seem to have more energy this week. Since Saturday I have made it to the gym three times. That seems to help my sadness and anxiety.
